Almost daily, people are reaching out with fitness questions or texting me on the weekends asking me to talk them off a ledge. So why not put all of that free information in one place — somewhere you can reference it whenever you need it, or whenever you need to be talked off the ledge. 😊
Over the past few years, I’ve become more of a personal development coach without even realizing it. People come to me all the time asking for advice or what they should do, and I always come from a place of empathy. I respond the way I would handle the situation myself.
I don’t have any official coaching certifications, but I have a lot of life experience to offer — what I’ve learned from hard situations, how I handle them now, and what I would do differently.
I’m very transparent and will literally have a conversation about anything and everything. I’m just not going to be the first one to start it. I’m a true introvert at heart, which people find hard to believe. If I could sit on my couch and text everyone all day, I would be the best friend you’ve ever had.
Don’t get me wrong — I genuinely enjoy spending time with my friends. But owning a business and a gym where I manage staff, serve clients, and handle everything in between is incredibly overstimulating. The level of decompression I need doesn’t always happen when it should.
As a first-time business owner, I’ve had to learn how to navigate multiple personality types and communication styles — all while trying to run a business and hold myself together.
The saying is absolutely true: owning a business is the greatest personal development journey you’ll ever go through.
